LED TRAFFIC LIGHT

Since a traffic is a signaling device telling vehicles in each direction when to stop and when to go, should the device malfunctions, it might cause an accident or even death. Therefore we design and test our traffic lights comprehensively to ensure smooth operation in Thailand's environment.

Sunlight Durability

Traffic Lights have covers made from high grade polycarbonate plastics. The covers gave products high durability and provide full resistance from damage due to ultraviolet rays.

Rain Durability

Absolute waterproofing and dust resistance is paramount in our product design. To ensure product performance in extreme conditions, we went as far as installing our LED traffic light underwater to test and monitor performance.

Temperature Durability

Traffic Lights are further tested in laboratory standard chambers to temperature as high as 70°C.

Brightness and energy saving

Traffic Lights saves energy and uses minimum power necessary while maintaining approved brightness standards. Power factor values of more than 0.9 are used, while the brightness standard used is approved by the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
